We aim to deliver high-quality work and ensure client satisfaction. Refunds are available if we cannot complete the project due to our limitations. For terminated projects:

Before starting: Full refund of the upfront payment.
Midway through: Refunds will be considered based on the work completed.
After delivery: No refund for the remaining payments as the project is already delivered.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
